Emergency Electrical Callouts
Emergency electrical callouts are available, subject to availability.
If you have an urgent electrical problem, call 01592 407374 and we will tell you honestly whether we can attend and when. We do not guarantee an arrival time.
If you think there is immediate danger:
- Do not touch damaged equipment, exposed wiring or anything showing signs of burning or overheating.
- Switch off the affected supply at the consumer unit only if it is safe for you to do so.
- Where there is fire, smoke or immediate risk to life, call the appropriate emergency service first on 999.
- If you smell burning or see scorching around sockets or the fuse board, stop using the affected circuit.
